Have items you want to sell, but don’t want to do it at your home? Book a spot at Messiah Lutheran Church’s spring community yard sale! Register as a vendor by filling out and submitting the form below. ALL VENDOR SLOTS FOR SPRING 2024 ARE FULL. Please check back in the Fall.
DATE: Saturday, April 27, 2024
TIME: 9am-12pm; Vendors should arrive between 7:30-8am and pack up and leave by 1pm
LOCATION: 13901 Clopper Rd, Germantown, MD 20874
VENDOR COST: $10 for 2 parking spaces (cash only)
Information for vendors: Vendors will be greeted and shown where to set up. You must pack up and leave by 1pm. Open to all amateur and professional vendors. Vendors selling exclusively new items must have a current Vendor License. Professional Food Vendors must have a current Food Vendor license. All items welcome - new, old, yard sale, antiques, crafts, services, etc. Sale of live animals, firearms, alcohol, or illegal items is prohibited.
