Sunday School
We invite all children ages 3 and up to learn about the love of Jesus in Sunday School. We begin at 9:15 AM for our opening with Prayer and Song in the lower level of the Church. At 9:30, the children divide into classes where they learn the Bible lesson for the day.
Nursery
Children are encouraged to participate with the congregation in the Sunday Morning Service. When they cannot, parents may leave their child in our staffed nursery during the service.
Vacation Bible School 2012
Children ages 3 1/2 through completing fifth grade are invited to the Amazing Desert Journey this summer at Messiah Lutheran Church. Your children will sing, pray and play as they learn how Jesus walks with them and leads them on a journey to their eternal home in heaven.
For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2 Corinthians 5:1
Two sessions of VBS are available — June 25 – 29 and July 16 – 20. Each session runs Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 12 noon. The cost is $45 for the first child in the family and $40 for each additional child.
